RETURN:
You may return a product for refund or exchange (if due to CTactical AE) within 14 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are sent via email or WhatsApp).
CONDITIONS:
- The product is new, unused and in original condition with all original hang tags and packaging.
- Inclusive of all the accompanied accessories: straps, buckles, etc.
- Make sure that you have removed your personal stuffs from the product.
- Inclusive of all the gifts or bonus items (if applicable).
- Follow the same packaging procedures at the time you received the product. The package should not affect the dimension, shape or damage the products.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges and taxes.
We have the rights to refuse your request if any of the conditions above is not satisfied.
In case the product that you receive does not match in the order, or have any defects, please contact us as soon as possible. We can opt for a replacement product or a full refund for the order. Moreover, please deliver the mistaken/defective product back to us (with 6 conditions stated above), however the shipping cost will be on CTactical AE.
SPECIALS
All sales of products under our “Specials” category are FINAL sales and returns are not accepted.
